Celebrating 20 Women Innovators - International Women's Day

Our innovation efforts are as rich as the diversity of voices we bring to the table. As I think back to the various innovation discussions I have participated in over the past 12 months, I am so thankful for the women voices in those conversations. As we celebrate International Women's Day (IWD) 2025, I thought the best thing I could do is introduce you to 20 women innovators that everyone reading this email should get to know.

The theme for this year's IWD is "Accelerate Action." I can't think of a better way to accelerate action than to get to know women innovators, listen to them, invite them to collaborate with you and celebrate their contributions.

Below are 20 women innovators that I have interacted with in one way or another. I link to their LinkedIn profile and share a short sentence about what I appreciate about them. Would you take a few minutes to follow these innovators and look for opportunities to connect with them?
